Holy Communion

Holy Communion is celebrated every Sunday. Guests who are communicant members in good standing of congregations affiliated with The Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod or congregations belonging to other church bodies in altar and pulpit fellowship with the LC-MS may, after speaking to our pastor prior to the service, be invited to commune with us.

Communicant membership - is granted to those who: 1] transfer communicant membership to this congregation from sister-LCMS congregations elsewhere, or 2] to non-members who complete the Adult Instruction Class offered by this congregation. For more information about "communicant membership," please contact the pastor. Thank you.

As a congregation of The Lutheran Church- Missouri Synod we believe, teach, and confess
  • That there is One God in Three Persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit, historically and confessionally called 'The Holy Trinity" by the Church;
  • That God the Father sent God the Son, Jesus Christ who is true God and true Man, into the world to suffer and die upon the Cross as the divine sacrifice for all the sins of all who have ever lived and will ever live, thus, reconciling sinners unto Himself through the sacrifice of His Son;
  • That God the Father and God the Son sent God the Holy Spirit into the world to convict sinners of their sin through His inspired and inerrant Word of Law and to create and sustain justifying faith in Jesus Christ within them through His inspired and inerrant Word of Gospel as it is preached and personally applied to penitent sinners through Absolution and Baptism and the Lord's Supper and through His Means of Grace delivers to them the forgiveness of sins and the strengthening of their faith ;
  • That God graciously descends to serve His people during the Divine Services of His Church whose historic liturgy prepares them to rightly hear His Word proclaimed and receive His Sacraments as they are faithfully administered by His called and ordained pastors.

For more information about our beliefs, please contact the pastor.
